Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga is set to be sidelined for the next three weeks, after sustaining a muscle injury at Anfield in Los Blancos’ 2-0 defeat to Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League.
Camavinga adds to Madrid’s long injury list which holds notable names like Vinicius Jr, Rodrigo Goes, Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal.
Real Madrid’s 2-0 loss to Liverpool was their first defeat to the Merseyside Reds in close to 15 years, and Los Blancos will need to shake off their inconsistency in they intend to defend their title this season.
For Eduardo Camavinga, it is his second injury of the season, yet he will be aiming to bounce back strong knowing there is loads to play for in the current campaign.
