Thomas Partey nets as Arsenal burn down Forest at home

Thomas Partey produced a wonderful winning-performance for Arsenal against
Nuno Espirito’s in-form Nottingham forest in their 3-0 win on Saturday afternoon at the Emirates.

Thomas Partey was subbed on the 46th minute to replace Jorginho and scored Arsenal’s second goal to beat Forest by three goals to nothing.

On an afternoon when the pre-match pressure was on Arsenal to beat inform Forest, the home team had doubts as they won one, drew and lost twice apiece in their last five matches.

Forest’s recent good form in their last five matches heaped more pressure on the gunners.

Arsenal reappeared a different side, exerting full dominance in both half’s against Forest.

Forest could not cope as Arsenal had 66% ball possession 19 goal attempts with seven on target against Forests 34% possession 7 goal attempts with 0 on target.

Forest fans were seen leaving the Emirates stadium after Nwaneri who was subbed on for Odegaard in the 82nd minute and scored Arsenal’s third goal in the 86th minute.
